Pinnacle has a well-planned internship(training) in the best hotels in India and abroad, as a part of their curriculum all the students are involved in the practical’s side of running the college restaurant/canteen, kitchen and front office… etc. We endeavor to make as realistic as possible and in total learning situation with the help of our state-of-the-art labs and with the curriculum designed in such a way where practical’s form a major part of the course.
However, nothing beats reality so students are sent for internship training for a period of 16 weeks to 24 weeks to large hotel chains in India and abroad, for which they are paid, as they are also treated as a part of these hotels. This helps them in finding out the difference between theory and realistic work experience.
This is compulsory as per the curriculum as it is the first step on the ladder of success. A good reference/testimonial from internship can be the difference between getting a job and getting the job a student desires for.
